Pls make your Wednesdays and Fridays free, ok? 14th Nov, 16th Nov, 21th Nov.
So that we can dedicate our time in preparation for the trip!
(the more efficient we are in getting things done, the lesser we got to meet up, in sch)
This coming Wednesday on the 14th Nov, we are meeting for the pre-trip preparations:
- Learn Dance. *Most Important*
- Learn how to make paper crane and aeroplane.
- Draw Alphabets on the mahjong papers (to teach the kids ABC songs).
- Go thru the games that we will be having for the kids.
**It will be conducted by the Songs and Dance members.**
If the banner materials are ready and design is finalised, we will start painting!
After which, HOME SWEET HOME!!! (:

TIME: 9am - 1:30pm

If you are unable to attend, give valid reason to Shafina or me & so that we don't have to wait for you to start. However, you have to meet up with the rest to learn whatever you have missed out on your own.
As an individual,
- Bring A LOT of newspaper or unwanted cloth(for painting of banner).
- Stick to the duty deadline with your members too! [meaning do your job]
- BE PUNCTUAL for every meeting.
